Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
A $75 late cancellation fee may apply when less than 48 hours' notice is provided.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in future appointments being restricted.
